  i know this is an ambitious project but i've already got an amazing team (from director-set designer, etc., and someone to sponsor our opening night party food!

  good luck, I am glad you have the chance to get to know your dad at last. It's a shame your mum doesn't get it, I can't quite understand how a religion supposedly based on love can cause it's adherents to show so much hate for people who aren't jw's

  What is the purpose of life?

  things were different when you were active in the org.

  meetings, talks, service, assemblies, elders meetings, congrgational duties, busy with the hope of a reward of living forever and serving god with eternity in view.

  all of your efforts and goals related to being a jw, your thinking, your views, your life, your future all revolved aroung the org.. with all that aside, what are you doing now?

  i think the question says it all.. i have always said that if i had to live with such inconsiderate people, i would rather be dead.

  so, you have an option right now... go to "hades" and die and nothing happens to you, or you want to live in paradise on earth with the very same witnesses who treated you the way that they always did... and they treat you the same.. would you live on this earth?.

  i sure as hell would not, thank you very much.

  i recently dissociated myself and the elders keep calling me trying to speak and i don't want to hear it then he leaves me a message saying i have to sign a paper saying i'm dissociating myself since when did it become more of a business than a spiritual manner.

  i'm not signing any papers.

  has this happened to anyone else?

  Alison, my sis has just da'd herself and was never asked to sign anything. i think they just want a chance to 'bring you back into the fold' or else just get the juicy details of what you've been up to leading to your DA. Don't give them the satisfaction

  i want to go back right now.

  what a beautiful place and such friendly people.

  i enjoyed the relaxed pace there, a lot, maybe too much.. but i'm back to my reality and classes start on monday.

  Congratulations Stacy, I've just got married in a pub on the next beach along from the one where I proposed just over a year ago. Believe me, being married to the one person in the world that makes you feel alive is the best feeling in the world and waking up next to them every day just seeing the sun hit their face cannot be described.

  Sirona, I feel pretty much the same way as you but from a different perspective. To be honest I have the morals of an alley cat and if I were single wouldn't think twice about having a one night stand. Thing is I have someone in my life that I would really hurt if I cheated on them and I have no wish to hurt the person I love the most in this world. I've also no intention of hurting the 2nd most imprtant person in my life - me, and hurting no1 would inevitably end up hurting me so it's sort of sensible in a selfish sort of way.
